Gratitude is one of the most powerful inner tools we have access to.
However, when you’re deep in hurt, pain, delay, detour, or disappointment — gratitude doesn’t always come easy nor is it something we tend to reach for.
It can be hard to find the good when your heart is still hurting but that doesn’t mean good isn’t being formed within you.
This month’s reflection invites you to engage in gratitude; not just the good kind that speaks to the positives in your life — but for what challenged you. What grew you. What may have made you say, ‘God, why me?”
Gratitude doesn’t just change your mood — it transforms your mindset. It reframes how you see pain, how you interpret the past, and how you carry yourself through seasons that feel unfair, uncertain, or unfinished.
This isn’t about spiritual bypassing or pretending it didn’t hurt.
It’s about seeing what the pain produced — and blessing what it has the potential to build.
