SHIPPING POLICY (COVID-19 Impact)
Upon placing your order, please note that shipping may extend beyond the 5-7 business days for processing and shipping of most orders. Once the product is ready it will ship the following business day. (Business days do not include Saturdays, Sundays, or US Holidays)
WHERE IS MY TRACKING NUMBER?
After your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email. Once your product is ready to ship, you will receive an email with a link to track your shipment.
Please Note: Receiving a shipping confirmation email Does Not mean that the Carrier has picked up your package from our Distribution Center. It means it has been processed and ready for shipment. Please track your shipment using the tracking number provided.
Depending on the shipping method selected, please use the carrier’s tracking features to determine the delivery status of your package.
All items are non-refundable. Please send us an email at Contact@foryourinnerg.com to report a problem with your order.
INCORRECT OR MISSING ITEMS
Upon receiving your order, please thoroughly check the delivered items.
Should you receive an item in error or you believe that you are missing an item: Please email within 24 hours of delivery. To ensure a quick resolution, include images, details, and order number. If you do not inform us of any issue with your order, within 24 hours, we will not assume or take any responsibility for issues with your order.
If in any case you received an incorrect item, please see contact information for return address.
You are responsible for paying your own packaging and shipping costs for returning your item.
To complete your return, we require a receipt and specifics of order number and reason for return. Include proof of purchase, when possible. Please remember, all orders are non-refundable.
Our Return Policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have gone by since delivery of your order, unfortunately we cannot offer you an exchange.
To be eligible for an exchange your item must be unused and in the same condition you received it.
All orders are on a first come, first served basis and are made-to-order. Production may take up to 7 business days before your item is shipped.
FYIG is a privately owned and operated business. Our items are currently produced in small quantities and not mass produced.
